Demonstrating your excellent written and verbal communication skills and knack for technology, you will provide support and help transform stressful situations into positive interactions via phone, email, text and in-person.

  • Onboarding of New Clients
  • Providing administrative, document control and coordination for the Accounting and Tax teams
  • Yearly 1099 preparation and filing
  • Account reconciliations and bank data retrieval
  • Perform client onboarding tasks, client maintenance and process service agreements
  • Managing project-related communication
  • Data collections: collect, evaluate, and determine conclusions and next steps
  • Provide regular reporting to applicable managers, executive team, and the client as required
  • Special Projects: outline, assess tasks and implement accurately, and in accordance with company deadlines
  • Actively participate in resolution of issues and conflicts, internally as well as with clients and other vendors where appropriate; escalate issues in an appropriate, timely, and tactful manner
  • Achieve a strong understanding of CCHAxcess and SalesForce
  • Become QuickBooks Online certified
  • Ability to transition lessons learned and skillsets to future project engagements
  • Document, maintain and update position procedures
  • Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for systems and databases
  • Provide back-up for our front-stage team of receptionist and concierge. -What Makes You a Great Fit
    • Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent work experience
    • A people person with a warm personality
    • One or more years of client service, accounting, financial or law industry experience. Tax and accounting experience preferred.
    • CRM experience preferred
    • Time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities and changing priorities is vital
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients
    • Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions
    • Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work under periods of high pressure with tight timeframes while maintaining focus
    • Since we are dealing with sensitive information, a criminal background check is required
    • Healthy comfort level with technology and ability to learn technology quickly. -We are a high-tech paperless firm and we only consider tech-savvy applicants.
    • Desire and ability to be innovative and creative with ideas to improve workflow efficiency
    • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
    • Escalate operational and client issues as needed
    • Discretion when handling confidential information
