LeaveBasic Purpose:This position will be a key contributor in
developing financial forecasts for all aspects of the business.
Specifically, they will assist in the development and monitoring of
(i) business line financial forecasts, (ii) business line
profitability analysis, (iii) key operating metric tracking,
analysis, interpretation and reporting, (iv) product profitability
analysis and dashboard reports, and (v) decision support for
strategic initiatives for WIKA USA and WIKA Americas.In addition to
this, this role will support a newly acquired small company in
Finance and Controlling functions with Profit and Loss
responsibility. They will develop and provide key metrics and
insights to senior management that allow for informed
decision-making on strategic planning and top company priorities.
They will be a high performer with innate curiosity for
understanding the story behind the numbers. They should be able to
proactively identify trends and other factors that point to areas
of opportunity and/or risk for the business.This position will
report to the Chief Financial Officer of WIKA Americas and is
expected to collaborate closely with department leaders in
providing vital financial planning and other strategic
insights.Primary Responsibilities:Assists in the development of the
company's monthly forecast and annual budget; owns a significant
part of the process and constantly seeks ways to make it more
efficient and accurate.Creates and maintains management reports for
monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis containing profitability
analysis, segment metrics, and capital utilization
analysis.Presents financial and operational results to senior
management on a regular and ad-hoc basis, including trends and
competitive analysis giving full insight into the Company's
P&L.Provides key metrics to senior management that allow for
informed decision-making on strategic planning and decision making
regarding the creation of management priorities.Leverages available
and newly developed systems data to create management and P&L
reporting for assigned business lines or units.Analyzes large
amounts of data and synthesize it to provide compelling insights to
management.Knowledge and Skill Requirements:The successful
candidate must be action-oriented, with a prior record of
increasing responsibilities and achievement.Advanced financial
modelling skills required.The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years
of finance-related experience, preferably in FP&A or some other
strategic role. The successful candidate will be a self-starter
with high energy and innate curiosity. They must be able to roll up
their sleeves and comfortably execute at a hands-on tactical
level.An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or
a related field with a distinguished academic record
required.Knowledge of contemporary database, financial modelling,
business intelligence (BI) software modules (i.e. micro strategy,
tableau), and prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics
preferred.Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.Deep
Financial Planning & Analysis Capabilities: Leading Candidates will
possess prior FP&A experience, including the ability to develop
and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts.Advanced Financial
Modeling Capabilities: Advanced financial modeling skills,
including extensive use of macros, pivot tables, and other
contemporary modeling techniques.Problem Solving & Analytical
Orientation: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills that
are used to track, analyze, interpret and report key historical and
projected operating metrics, trends, and financial results. Able to
take "deep dive" into the details of the business while staying
focused on the big picture. Takes a systematic, structured view of
situations, deconstructing them into their fundamental elements.
Insists on proof in data, peeling back layers to understand root
causes, and uses data to anticipate/project emerging issues, drive
innovation and support business decision-making.Results Oriented:

strategically and execute tactically, embodying a blend of
technical, creative, business and communications skills. Takes
ownership of the role. Possesses a keen eye towards seeking ways to

communication skills.Industrial Manufacturing Experience: Prior
industrial manufacturing / Products understanding/experience
preferred but not required.
