Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Analyst Sr.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical and financial expertise for program requirements
and policy related to Titles IV-E and IV-B spending
Manage and monitor state general funds and other funding sources,
ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to develop agency
position statements on legislative and policy changes affecting
Child Welfare programs
Required Qualifications
Comprehensive working knowledge of budgeting and accounting
principles
Ability to plan, monitor, and report on complex budget issues
Strong analytical skills for data gathering and trend analysis
Understanding of complex federal and state regulations related to
financial practices
Demonstrated work experience in an analytical role within budget
and/or finance
