Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal IT Auditor.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with SOX related readiness assessments and advisory initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes and advise on control design
Monitor remediation of identified control deficiencies and track progress towards objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
CISA, CISM, CISSP certification preferred
5-8 years of public accounting and/or internal audit experience
Experience with public company IT SOX requirements and integrated control assessments
Knowledge of COSO framework in achieving SOX IT objectives
