In addition, the receptionist will be the dealerships information specialist to best direct our guests accordingly to accommodate their needs. * Follow up with service customer who missed appointments to assist them in rescheduling * Assist clients with basic technology questions (bluetooth/apple carplay/android auto) * Assists in resolving customer complaints. * Maintains a case history file of all customer complaints and problems, documented with all necessary aspects and detailed description of conflict and resolution. * Maintains a file of the dealerships customer satisfaction achievements * Follow up with customers after vehicle purchase to document experience * Follow up with customers regarding customer satisfaction survey * Responsible to assist management and sales staff as needed * Alert managers of conflicts that need to be resolved * Previous customer service experience * Automotive experienced a plus but not required * Excellent written and verbal skills a must * Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CRM, ADP, Adobe, etc.) * Team Player and Self-Starter * Must be able to multi-task and problem solve * Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug screen)
