Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In
this contract role, you will provide essential administrative
support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position
requires excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
to manage tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Provide
administrative support by managing schedules, appointments, and
meetings effectively. • Handle inbound calls professionally,
addressing inquiries and redirecting calls as needed. • Coordinate
and maintain calendars to ensure seamless scheduling for all
stakeholders. • Assist with home health-related administrative
tasks, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. • Organize and
prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
efficiency. • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as
required. • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external
communications. • Collaborate with team members to improve
administrative processes and workflows. • Maintain accurate records
and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.• Proven
experience in administrative assistance or coordination roles. •
Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing
excellent customer service. • Ability to manage and maintain
calendars and schedules efficiently. • Familiarity with home health
administrative tasks is preferred. • Exceptional organizational
skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite and other relevant software. • Effective communication
skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and adapt
to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
