Job Description:

Position Purpose:The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Operations will be responsible for building capabilities that leverage digital marketing data to create solutions in collaboration with various business teams to meet their strategic and tactical goals. This role will leverage knowledge and experience of marketing processes to execute on project deliverables, maintain and improve existing data job logic, and activate audience data across Home Depot's partner platforms and digital marketing channels. The position will be held accountable for the planning and management of the projects and will serve a supportive role in the outbound direct marketing function for the team including handling selections, campaign delivery, and post campaign analysis. The role may include liaising with high level internal clients and the agency of record.Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • 25% Collaborates with Partners - Coordinate with various teams, including internal and external partners involved in channel execution, data science and marketing strategies to produce high quality outcomes
  • 40% Executive on Deliverables - Execute on project deliverables based on team and Home Depot digital marketing priorities. Completes high quality work within time constraints. Utilizes independent discretion to solve problems
  • 35% Job Logic - Maintains and uses discretion and technical knowledge to improve existing data and campaign job logicNature and Scope:This position typically reports to Manager, Operations ProcessThis position has 0 Direct ReportsEnvironmental Job Requirements:1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Travel:Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications:Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.Education Required:The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.Years of Relevant Work Experience:4 yearsPhysical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Ability to translate digital marketing problems into marketing projects
    • Excellent project management and executive communication skills
    • Strong Digital Marketing and Data Analysis Skills
    • Working knowledge of Excel and file processing
    • Strong background in SQL and Relational Databases
    • Strong background in coding and development, especially Python
    • Experience with multiple digital marketing platforms including DMP/DSPs, email service providers, personalization and content management tools, and channel activation platforms
    • Ability and willingness to operate in a highly cross-functional environment
