Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Brand Creative, the Senior Manager, Design brings Wellstar's marketing to life with appropriate, attention-getting and effective design that is audience engaging and brand right. This person must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position will be expected to manage an internal team of design creatives as well as work with external partners to deliver channel specific work that drives audience engagement and is consistent with the established visual system.

Successful candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in design or other applicable field and 4+ years of experience in marketing design - or the equivalent of both in experience and a dynamic digital portfolio that demonstrates the range required.

This style and design guru has an excellent eye, remains calm under pressure, and has ability to digest a variety of data & business goals to distill into meaningful, iterative designs.
