This role will see you working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Your work will directly contribute to our company's financial strategy and planning, ensuring our financial health and success. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to driving our company forward.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:1. Preparation and analysis of financial reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.2. Management of all aspects of SEC filings and corporate consolidation.3. Development and implementation of Ad Hoc financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.4. Regular preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports.5. Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.6. Assisting in the preparation of financials, including balance sheets, income statements, and statement of cash flows.7. Collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve financial performance.8. Providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers to senior management.QualificationsTo be considered for the role of Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you should have the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.2. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.3. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC filings, and corporate consolidation.4. Proven experience in Ad Hoc financial reporting and monthly reporting.5. Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.6. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.8. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.9.
