Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1 years BCBA
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school-based Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to support students in
elementary, middle, and high school settings in the Chattanooga, TN
area. This contract position involves overseeing a caseload of
10-12 students while supervising 1-2 Registered Behavior
Technicians (RBTs). The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise
in behavior analysis and educational collaboration to help improve
student outcomes across multiple school levels. Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavior assessments and
develop individualized behavior intervention plans. - Provide
ongoing supervision and training for assigned RBTs to ensure
implementation fidelity. - Collaborate with school staff, families,
and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective behavior supports.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on
data-driven decision making. - Maintain thorough documentation and
compliance with ethical standards. Qualifications: - Active BCBA
licensure and National Certification required. - Experience working
in school settings with elementary, middle, and high school
populations preferred. - Strong supervisory skills with the ability
to mentor and guide RBTs. - Excellent communication and teamwork
