Job Description:

FRC has over 40 years of experience delivering wastewater treatment solutions founded on applications expertise and thoughtfully engineered process equipment. We are currently searching for an Applications Engineer to be in our Cumming, GA office. (Relocation is not provided for this role) The Application Engineer is primarily responsible for supporting the technical sales process of the FRC products and services. The key activities for the position are: Develop conceptual designsPerform process calculations to support the designProvide the basic engineeringGenerate proposalsCreate Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)Provide lay-outs and other technical documentsCreate Bill of Materials (BOMs) for the proposalProvide support to the FRC team in the US/Canada regarding the sales process.Work closely with the Sales Team and representatives to provide accurate and timely proposals and sales documentation. RequirementsA bachelor's degree in process or chemical engineeringApplications engineering experience (wastewater setting preferred)Excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenSelf-motivated, takes initiative and can work without close supervisionStrong planning and organization skills.Business and customer focusedBasic understanding of wastewater analysisBasic understanding of unit operations PI129749807
