Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Geometric design of roadways in accordance with AASHTO and GDOT guidelines; design of roadway drainage, erosion control plan preparation, and maintenance of traffic / staging plans. Must be familiar with GDOT Plan Development Process (PDP).

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S in Civil Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience
• GDOT project experience a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills
• EIT preferredTechnical Requirements:
  • Experience with Microstation V8, InRoads, OpenRoads, StormCAD, MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of GDOT PDP, PPG, EDG, Design Policy Manual, AASHTO green book, AASHTO RDG
