Job SummaryThe intern will be responsible for supporting product
development projects and assisting in the review of our current
development processes.The intern will liaise with other
cross-functional departments to develop training documents around
the New Product Development process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:The intern will be responsible for, but not
limited to, the following duties:Collaboration with
cross-functional departments to maintain projects on-time.
Audit our current product development process.Identify improvement
opportunities.Document updated processes.
Provide training materials regarding the product development

LANGUAGE ABILITY:Read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
Write speeches and articles using innovative techniques. Make
persuasive presentations on complex topics to management, public
groups and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL ABILITY:Add,
subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:Define problems, collect data, establish facts
and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of
technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal
with several abstract and concrete variables.
