Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protection
services, is seeking an experienced Alarm Technician capable of
installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various alarm systems,
ensuring optimal performance and safety. The role demands technical
expertise, precision, and a proactive approach to safeguard homes,
businesses, and communities through effective electronic security
measures. Install and configure new alarm systems, including
wiring, programming, and testing. Perform regular maintenance and
emergency repairs on alarm systems to ensure functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarm systems, including false
alarms and system malfunctions. Conduct regular system checks and
upgrades to ensure the latest security measures are in place.
Provide training and support to clients on how to operate and
maintain their security systems effectively. Keep detailed records
of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Collaborate
with security teams to integrate alarm systems with overall
security measures. Proficiency in electronic security systems and
tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent
technical and electronic skills Good communication and customer
service skills Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
