Dean of the Division of Science, Technology, Engineeringand Math (STEM) and Advanced Technologies, CLEVELAND STATECOMMUNITY COLLEGE, Cleveland, Tennessee.---- The Dean of STEM and Advanced Technologies will provideleadership in the ongoing development of an innovative and currentcurriculum that prepares students for transfer and careeropportunities. In addition, this academic leader will fostercollaboration across disciplines to promote faculty partnershipsand deep learning through development of fast-track cohorts,structured learning communities, service and cooperative learningand other appropriate pedagogical strategies. The Dean will provideadministrative and instructional leadership to the faculty andstaff in the division and serves in an advisory capacity in allmatters relating to the curriculum and the instructionalprocess. Salary Range:-- $75,000 - $85,000 APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED UNTIL MARCH 25, 2019 REQUIREMENTS:---- ---A Master's degree in one of the instructional areas within thedivision from a regionally accredited institution.---Five (5) years of supervisory/leadership experience.
