Nannies + more International is seeking a Nanny Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. Location: Atlanta (Ansley Park) Child: Newborn Local Candidates Only: Yes Type of Assignment: Part-Time-Full Time Mother is on maturity leave and is open to finding the right candidate Long-Term: Mondays-Fridays Must provide flexibility in schedule and mother sometimes has an on-call schedule Live in or Live out: Live-out Start Date: Immediately, but willing to find the right person Length of Assignment: long-term (9-10 years ideally) Experience: 5+years of professional nanny experience Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US or US Citizen Candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, three-character references, and a clear background. Candidate must provide flexibility in scheduling if needed Workstyle Personality: Seeking someone highly motivated, hands-on, a self-starter, a team player, ability to multi-task, passionate about their position as a nanny, great work ethic, seeking a long-term position, extremely energetic, always exhibits a friendly/happy professional personality, all these characteristics are important to the family. Ability to offer educational learning with learning and motor skills, development, and assisting with feeding and sleeping schedules. Household: Seeking someone that is part of the family that is willing to help in other areas. Such as, household organization and tidying, preparing/cooking healthy meals and snacks, and errands. Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 5 years of professional nanny experience in private homes with infants. Language: Fluent in English Travel: Occasional Overnights: Occasional Weekends: Occasional Driving: Driving to/from appointments and errands for the family.
