Operations ManagerMillennium Mat, LLC is a manufacturing leader
and innovator of industrial and recreational floor mats with over
$110 million in annual revenue.--Millennium Mat's primary
manufacturing facilities are located in Suwanee, Georgia. The
Operations Manager is responsible for the production operation and
is an integral partner in the Company's continued growth,
efficiency and success.--The successful candidate must be a highly
motivated, self-starting, detailed hands-on leader who can
effectively manage, lead and direct people and teams in a fast

www.millmats.com.Responsibilities:* Create and execute production
plan in coordination with Scheduling Manager and VP.* Drive
Production KPI's and motivate the team to deliver, developing
creative initiatives.* Adhere to departmental budget and cost
targets. * Inspire team to exceed, creating a positive work
environment, supporting the Company's Core Values. * Manage
communication between Management and Production floor.* Provide
partner feedback through departmental meetings, performance
reviews, team rewards, and counseling.* Lead team in the
development of product quality and process improvements.* Ensure
the proper staffing for production demands.* Coordinate short
notice production changes.* Evaluate ongoing training
needs.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent* 5+ years of
manufacturing leadership.* Critical thinker with good
problem-solving skills.* Personable and motivating leadership
style* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)Outstanding
