THE FOLLOWING: - Validates all production/operations Schedules and
authorizes schedule changes - Collects and approves labor invoices
and margins - Job costs for Roofing and other trades projects
(Projected vs. Actuals) - Margin Analysis - Ensure proper reporting
and tracking via internal documents, systems, spreadsheets - Vet
and full-time roofing crews - Properly staff and train Production
department We are looking for someone with roofing/construction
knowledge and background. We have a solid team in place (4 people
currently) with the ability to add more. This person will be
managing these team members as well as the above
