team of high performing retention and winback colleagues that work
directly with our channel partners and our customers to maintain
active business care plans. Lead team to achieve additional value
through add on services, migration to additional Sage
product/services and maintaining a low churn% in value and volume.
These goals are achieved by effective collaboration and
coordination with channel partners, internal Sage teams and
colleague development. Foster a team culture of high performance,
adherence to the Sage Values and Behaviors and Sage brand
champions. Key Responsibilities5+ years indirect/direct inside
sales management experience Proficient with business management
tools ( i.e.MS O365, CRM, reporting tools, etc.) Ability to work
well with senior leaders, peers, and administrative departments to
accomplish objectives and build relationships across the business
Coach and monitor sales colleague calls to ensure best practices
Coach sales colleagues on best practices for driving customer
renewals, sales prospecting, opportunity management, and closing
skills Assist colleagues in developing the right strategy based on
customer needs, technology requirements, and commercial terms to
deliver the best solution for the customer and Sage Identify
obstacles and ways to increase prospecting leads by the team Track
and report KPIs to ensure alignment to sales objectives Detail
orientated, with strong organizational and time management skills
Strong propensity for innovation and out of the box thinking
