Case Manager/Direct Support Staff- Our Case Managers will work closely with a group of individuals with developmental disabilities in their own apartment. - You have the ability to make a positive impact on someone's life daily! - You will help members with multiple areas of their life, from scheduling calendars, to cooking skills, medication management, doctor appointments, cleaning skills, etc. Staff will assist with monitoring behaviors, interpersonal skills, and document goals and progress. And of course social skills by HAVING FUN! - This career is a FUN as you make it!

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk and take flights of stairs multiple times during the shift. Walking from one apartment to another is an everyday requirement. The employee frequently is required to use hands and fingers; climb or balance and stoop or kneel. The employee is required to be able to safely operate a motor vehicle. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Full Time Position- This is a Tuesday through Saturday schedule or a Sunday through Thursday schedule. It will include a variety of shifts such as: 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm.
