We comply with the laws set forth in the Equal Employment Opportunity in The Law poster: Job DescriptionResponsible for generating revenue by meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals and objectives within Sage's existing install customer base for Medium Segment customers. Achieve success by driving sales through add on services attachment, upgrades of business care plans, and migration to additional Sage products/services and renewing existing services. These goals and objectives are achieved though effective management and coordination with channel partners, internal Sage teams and customers in your assignment Key Responsibilities1. Manages renewal process for Accounts with Renewal Value > $4K - 2. Develop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with assigned customers and channel partners on a consistent basis; resolve open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate stakeholders. 3. Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions 4. Utilize Fusion and Salesforce to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, close dates, pipeline and lead development. 5. Maintain a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting 6. Manage additional projects and assignments as defined by the needs of the business. 7. Develop and deliver qualified leads for SPC, SHP and Sage Intacct 8. Participates in daily huddles Skills, know-how and experience: Must have: (5 or 6 Max) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred - 3+ years indirect Sales experience (channel) - Advanced Microsoft Office and computer skills - Detail orientated, with strong organizational and time management skills - Strong propensity for learning new systems and processes for development - Must be self-motivated and can work with a collaborative team environment Preferred: (2 or 3 Max) - Problem solving and innovation experience, project management - Software / SaaS industry experience - B2B consultative sales experience Technical / professional qualifications: - Inside Sales experience FunctionSales CountryUnited States Office LocationLawrenceville Work Place typeHybrid
