of the most innovative flooring products on the market and we are
looking for a Director Channel Marketing to bring our innovative
products to life. This new role will lead marketing channel
management for the BMF function (Builder and Multi-Family Channels)
and will develop and implement marketing activities directed to
builder multifamily channel partners to support the brands and
products we produce and sell.We are looking for a creative, yet
strategic thinker to be directly responsible for the creation and
execution of strategic B2B direct marketing campaigns and programs
that actively drive business results. This person will be
responsible for identifying and leading the continued development
of the builder/multifamily channel capabilities including marketing
program, B2B campaign and customer databases development to support
product launches. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the
builder business sales and marketing strategy will be supported and
can be implemented, and will take appropriate business actions to
grow revenue by increasing brand awarenessWhat You'll Do
- Work in close strategic collaboration with channel sales and
product management to identify and execute a long term go to market
plan to drive share growth in every residential channel
- Execute channel/marketing strategies from conceptualization
through implementation for all residential channels
- Work closely with business leaders and sales/marketing teams to
identify and understand strategic marketing opportunities, ensure
products are properly positioned within the channel and develop
innovative campaigns that drive product visibility and
positioning
- Manage creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns
that actively drive business results and build awareness
- Analyze product performance, competitiveness and trends in the
marketplace to creatively identify strategic opportunities and
develop effective, data driven strategies that strengthen products
and positioning
- Identify metrics for success, implement measurement tools and
utilize data to continually refine approach and create maximized
effectivenessWhat You Have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- Knowledge of flooring or building products (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of builders (single-family new construction and
multi-family new construction), developers, property managers and
property owners and good understanding of all builder segments
- 7-10 years in the marketing communication field with experience
in home centers, advertising and public relationsWhat You're Good
