GDIT is seeking an **Sr. Subject Matter Expert/Management Consultant** to support the **Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH)** legacy application modernization effort. The overall objective is to consolidate, re-architect and re-factor existing applications in compliance with recommendations of the Chief Information Officer, Deputy Chief Information Officer, and IT Operations Director.

**This role is 100% remote!**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide platform architecture subject matter expertise for HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM.

+ Provide platform architecture subject matter expertise for the Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Azure Cloud Platforms.

+ Integration with cloud-based solution(s) that allows external, non-HHS users to access the HHS resources such as HHS NextGen XMS or AMS systems.

+ Provide project and operational documentation as required by the government to support specific project deliverables or ongoing operational support such as security Authority to Operate.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Have least 5-7 years OT Content Server experience for version 10.5 and up.

+ Five (5) years relevant experience with OpenText Content Server, OpenText Directory Services and with OpenText Archive Server

+ Working knowledge of OpenText Content Suite Platform at an integration level as well as system administration and power user level

+ Working knowledge of OpenText Content Suite Records Management

+ Working knowledge on configuring and creating Connected Workspaces, Perspectives, workflows, and WebReports

+ Working knowledge of OpenText Directory Services

+ Technical knowledge of customizing in SAP GUI and FIORI

+ Technical knowledge of OpenText APIs (Content Web Services, REST API etc.)

**Required:**

+ BA/BS in Computer Science, 15 years of experience

+ Successfully completed modernization effort in a federal government environment

+ US Citizen or Green Card holders only (H1Bs, OPTs and EADs are not allowed by contract

+ Previous Federal experience as it will expedite background processing request from HHS (Hire is contingent on ability to obtain HHS clearance)
