Job Description:
One focus of our team is to run the Video Network business
efficiently. This position is responsible for driving end-to-end
Lead to Cash solution, reporting and data governance, and Sales
Communications. The role will work closely with Sales, Finance,
Supply Chain, on alignment, forecasting, sales tools, and customer
processes. Navigating cross-functional teams, work across different
tool sets, ability to communicate with c-level, and attentive to
details will be key. Role Responsibilities: Create and manage a
reporting framework for opportunities, forecasts, and business
analysis Conduct sales analysis to identify opportunities to
enhance and accelerate the sales cycle Drive the operations process
and the strategy for the toolset to support a SaaS business Drive
internal strategy for CRM: how we use MS D365 to scale our customer
growth (including Accounts, Opportunities, Forecasting, etc.)
Partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization to
provide best in class SaaS tools and processes. Support upper
management in strategic, operational, and financial planning and
reporting Ensure we have strong plans and KPIs in place for the
Video Network business Provide business analytic strength to help
drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth Drive key sales
meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities
for pipeline, forecasting, and bookings outlook. Drive operational
excellence through identification and execution of opportunity
areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved
processes and approaches to the business Communicates and provides
sales training on tools and processes as necessary to sales team10+
years experience in Sales operations and/or business operations in
the Media, Software or SaaS solutions space Successful completion
of relevant studies in business management, and an Engineering
and/or MBA degree are a plus Distinctive problem solving and
analysis skills, experience solving complex and diverse business
problems (commercial, operational, organizational), and to drive
projects from strategy to execution. Leadership and influencing
skills, can lead/influence stakeholders at all levels of an
organization. Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally
with leadership in developing and executing successful plans
Thorough understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process Enterprise
Resource Planning and Customer relationship management (CRM)
business application knowledge, preferable MS D365 Ability to
create Dashboards and reports in interactive data visualization
software, like PowerBI, Tableau, etc. Results and detail-oriented,
with experience in commercial/business acumen in a fast-paced
environment Be able to prioritize based on organizational
requirement You have excellent written and verbal communication
skills (including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint) Your
engagement style is highly collaborative and inclusive, seeking to
deliver superior outcomes regardless of the status quo or perceived
boundaries International experience and/or multicultural
skills.
