CommScope is recruiting an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team! This is a hybrid role. Ideal candidates will be based near a Commscope office with an IT presence such as: Richardson, TX, Charlotte or Hickory, NC, Lisle, IL, or Suwanee, GA.
The IAM Engineer installs and maintains the IAM Systems and develops IAM processes. This role will provide meticulous resolutions to IAM Service Requests and Incidents while understanding the criticality of the role and SOX compliance. This role ensures the systems and processes are in place to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of CommScope's resources.
You Will Make An Impact By:

• Installing, maintaining, and monitoring systems associated with IAM solutions and provide incident and problem management support.
• Proactively work with technology and product managers to identify potential issues and ensure effective remediation.
• Supporting issues pertaining to identity lifecycle management processes (new hire onboarding, employee separation, job transfers, access remediation and privileged access requests) in compliance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Providing support to the global enterprise, including 24 hour availability required solution response throughout implementation efforts and Go-live activities.
  Required Qualifications For Consideration:
  • 1+ years experience installing, maintaining, or monitoring IAM systems. Net IQ experience preferred but will also consider experience with other IAM tools such as Sail Point, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, OneIdentity, or others.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, MFA, Privileged Access, and SSO concepts.

    • Basic working knowledge of Linux and ServiceNow.
    • Familiarity with identity control standard concepts, practices, and procedures such as access approval, privileged access management, segregation of duties, and access recertification.
