This position also directly communicate with Doosan dealers to accommodate whole goods related request concerning product availability, shipment schedule, order stats, etc. This position arranges the logistics to ship the machines in timely manner to make sure we meet the monthly sales target. Also, this position closely works with production team in Savannah, GA to make sure final product is ready ship by the requested time. As a manager position, he/she is responsible for monthly wholesale target by making sure every single moving operational piece works properly. Reviewing and improving current operational process to make it more efficient are another responsibility as well. A few of the responsibilities are as follows:Monthly Wholesales TargetCoordinate multiple moving pieces to meet monthly wholesales targetBackorder management to achieve WHS target every month Resolve any issue for WHS transaction and dealer-to-dealer transaction Data analysis to estimate the sales Directly work with dealer principal to push machines out to hit the month end target by collaborating with DMsGenerate the report of sales progress including aged inventory salesInvoicing & Month End CloseDealer invoicing including line items (Freight, Pick-up, Attachment, Installation, etc.)Manual invoicing for national account wholesaleIssue credit Wholesale CoordinationCo-working with Finance group to close the monthCompany asset managementRerental unit management and invoicing Consignment machine management Inventory reconciliationPolicy and Process ManagementConsignment policy and processRe-rent policy and processDealer/Customer Account MasterDealer account / customer account management in SAP and PassportSupport other department's request regarding dealer accountWhat You'll GetHighly competitive Total Rewards PackageOpportunities to grow your career and industry knowledgeMake a direct impact for the success of the organizationRespect among colleagues and long-term professional relationships
