The Lead Product Manager - Alerton is responsible for defining and
driving theend-to-end solution roadmap and new product development
requirements forAlerton brand. The successful candidate will engage
deeply withcustomers, product offering management teams and go to
market teams to driveinnovation and business growth for Honeywell
Building Technologies globally.
CoreResponsibilities
Offering Leadership and Brand Management
Define comprehensive customer/application requirements
Define complete Honeywell system solution to meet those
customer/application requirements
Define reference architectures for customer applications
Scope system go-to-market ecosystem
Drive customer marketing and commercial sales to define channel
marketing and positioning
Identify and Evaluate Buy to Sell Opportunities as part of the
creating the vertical solution
Define architecture options that drive recurring and alternate
revenue models
Coordinate with product innovation team to ensure product
requirements enable system solution requirements
CandidateProfile
The successful candidate will be expected to be innovative,
creative, andstrategic, but also with deep technical and
application knowledge of buildingmanagement systems. They should be
able to both create the vision, butalso articulate and advocate
that vision internally and externally. Inaddition, he/she should
possess the following competencies:

YOUMUST HAVE
4+ years of building management systems / controls / IoT experience
in engineering, offering, or technical sales role
Bachelors Degree
WE VALUE
MBA
HVAC controls application experience
Deep technical knowledge of Alerton system architecture and
application
