Marketing Automation ManagerThis position is eligible to be fully remote within the Eastern Time zone, preferred with occasional travel to an office for team events/meetings. You will manage our HubSpot Marketing Hub, working with your Marketing teammates to design and automate campaigns. You'll provide analysis of the leads generated and how they contribute to revenue. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once for marketing and sales stakeholders. This position plays a vital role in the success of the marketing team and will work closely with the VP of Marketing.The Marketing Applications Manager is responsible for the following areas: Marketing Automation Lead Management Process & Vendor Management Analytics & ReportingWhat You'll Be DoingAs the marketing automation platform expert, you will: Partner with Marketing Managers to understand, plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner Manage the HubSpot contact databases, including purchasing, standardizing, and segmenting customer data Manage technical aspects of our MAP, HubSpot Marketing Hub, including integrations to our NetSuite CRM and other Marketing technology stack. Establish best practices for lead scoring, processing, and routing Assist in evaluating new platforms and vendors to improve Marketing's capabilities Analyze data for insights and make recommendations to improve performanceWhat You'll Bring to the TableYou're a team player contributing to a collaborative and diverse work environment. You have a can-do attitude and accountable for delivering campaigns in a timely fashion. You have an innate ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of details.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field - or equivalent experience 2-3 years of marketing experience in Demand Gen or MarketingOps with a focus on acquisition and/or growth marketing Strong analytical and reporting skillsPreferred Qualifications Knowledge of HubSpot and NetSuite as well as data enrichment services Use of Microsoft Office 365 suite to include Microsoft PowerBI Experience working with SEO and social media marketingWhat's Good to Know You will be working closely with the VP of Marketing to accomplish revenue goals.
