Job DescriptionIn this role, a successful candidate will be responsible for and support all operational activities of their branch. This person will report directly to the Branch Manager and should have aspirations of one day leading their own branch.Although the Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for every aspect of a branch, the Assistant Branch Manager acts as the primary role in dealing with prospects, new customers, existing customers, and previous customers. The candidate's ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers is critical to the long-term success of Title Tree.Responsibilities:* Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain branch profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition. Work to grow your branch by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities and obtaining referrals. Coach and develop Team Members and assist with employee management and training in order to maximize the team's potential. Assist in managing overall branch performance by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking, analyzing, and training Team Members on various performance reports. Maintain office security and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of cash drawer and bank deposits. Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts. Partner with vendors on auctions, vehicle sales, and moving consignment. Ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Assist in running the branch and day-to-day operations in the absence of the Branch Manager. Utilize personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other Company business throughout the workday. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance hours is required for this position. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40-hours per week. Qualifications:* High school degree or GED equivalent* Effective verbal and written communication skills* One or more years experience in a leadership role* Works well in team environments* Shows initiative to meet or exceed store goals* Bilingual Spanish is ideal, but not required* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and safe driving record* Title Pawn experience is preferred
