Job Description:

TRC is seeking a highly qualified individual for a Sales Channel Manager position on behalf of their client located in Duluth, GA. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Furnish new leads and opportunities that result strictly in annual recurring revenue through relationship developing & problem-solving approaches.
  • Sponsor the engagement of software and managed IT services which consists of discovery, design, planning, and frictionless delivery.
  • Travel up to 20%, this role is not limited to a territory and will be assigned to all opportunities located throughout North America.
  • Work closely with existing channels & referral partners, identify direct (new) customers, generating new leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve a yearly deal closing value sales quota goal of $1.2MM/year in recurring revenue.
  • Work closely with Sales Support to develop proposals and statements for end users.
  • Spend extensive time being mentored, trained, and learning from experienced sales resources to become fully versed in the Companys offerings, philosophy, and sales approach.
  • Be the sales lead to ensure that internal subject matter experts are appropriately engaged and providing input for statements of work and delivery of services.
  • Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
  • Increase account growth with customers and partners.
  • Develop competitive pricing and bundling to win the business and meet profitability targets.
  • Keep opportunities the CRM system current, accurate, and relevant. Required Job Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in channel sales for telecommunications or technology and software; experience with multi-technology edge hardware and services
      • VOIP and POTS
      • Data
      • Cellular
      • Network management (monitoring software)
      • Wi-Fi
      • Routers, Firewalls, switches, APs
      • Proactive helpdesk services
      • Enterprise (B2B) channel sales experience a must
      • Proven track record of meeting sales targets creating pre-existing account growth
      • Experience selling in channel and direct customer models Required Degrees, Skills, and/or Certifications;
        • Bachelors degree
        • Experience selling integrated services and software that may include voice, data, and video solutions
        • Strong proficiency in MS Office, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
        • Customer retention practices, ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment
        • Strong proficiency in CRM tools. Hub Spot a huge plus
