Job Description:

We're in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.

Responsibilities:

Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget
Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization
Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
--- Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy
--- Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies
--- Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
--- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
--- Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires

Qualifications:

Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute
Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management
Must possess a bachelor's degree in business management, HR management or similar major
--- Hold a bachelor's degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
--- Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
--- Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
--- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
