Job Description:
Job TitleCustomer Account Manager Job DescriptionResponsible for
generating revenue by meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals
and objectives within Sage's existing install customer base for
Medium Segment customers. Achieve success by driving sales through
add on services attachment, upgrades of business care plans, and
migration to additional Sage products/services and renewing
existing services. These goals and objectives are achieved though
effective management and coordination with channel partners,
internal Sage teams and customers in your assignment. ---
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. --- 3+ years
indirect Sales experience (channel)preferred. --- Advanced
Microsoft Office and computer skills. --- Detail orientated, with
strong organizational and time management skills. --- Strong
propensity for learning new systems and processes for development.
--- Must be self-motivated and can work with a collaborative team
environment. --- Problem solving and innovation experience, project
management --- Software / SaaS industry experience preferred ---
B2B consultative sales experience Key Responsibilities--- Manages
renewal process for Accounts. --- Develop and maintain a strategic
plan to proactively engage with assigned customers. --- Resolve
open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate
stakeholders. --- Build strong customer relationships and deliver
customer centric solutions. --- Utilize Fusion and Salesforce to
track and maintain accurate records of all activities. --- Maintain
a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting. ---
Manage additional projects and assignments as defined by the needs
of the business. --- Develop and deliver qualified leads for SPC,
SHP and Sage Intacct. Benefits and Compensation: --- 21 days paid
