In addition, this role will drive and support the expansion of Doosan Certified product offerings. Cultivate relationships with dealer network via continuous communication Increase Doosan Dealer engagement in Certified and Certified execution rate Consult to improve Certified sales and promote lease return purchase engagement Identify and develop eligible Remarketing Dealers Manage overall Certified compliance and training procedures Audit Certified Warranty application, inspection, and fluid testing Create and direct reconditioning programs Responsible for understanding and participating when needed lease return/Certified activityPresent, support, and lead by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.Assist with the optimization of Remarketing platform and programs What You'll GetCompetitive Total Rewards programsHealth, Dental, and VisionGenerous Company 401(k) MatchFree Telehealth BenefitsVoluntary Supplemental ProgramsCareer and Skill Development SupportMake a direct impact for the success of the organizationRequirements:What You'll Need to be SuccessfulBachelor's Degree with a strong service base is preferred; Tech school degree will be considered.5+ years' experience mechanical, parts or technical service knowledge Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is requiredOrganized with a strong sense of customer focus, priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines;Excellent communication skills with focus on delivering superior customer service Ability to manage relationships with external and internal contacts across multiple business disciplines, geographies, and cultural backgrounds;Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Ability to handle a heavy workload and manage multiple projectsAbility to lift 50Lbs or more and climb over, on or around heavy machinery Domestic travel of 50% or greater is requiredHybrid - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite Suwanee GA location after the onboarding period.Doosan is committed to a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
