We offer retailers the expertise needed to add or improve current terminal gaming operations, such as COAM, VLT, and VGT. We help our partners successfully manage risk while adding a highly profitable revenue stream and leveraging underutilized space. POSITION SUMMARY The Manager of Engineering will oversee all aspects of engineering projects with an emphasis on the expansion of platform capabilities, user experience, and alignment with business needs. We are looking for a leader who brings deep Engineering Management experience with a proven ability to understand the intersection of data, technology, and business operations to deliver a world-class product. Key Responsibilities

• Manage development team of 6 software engineers responsible for key engineering projects.
• Work with other department heads to define and execute business strategy.
• Incorporate business goals as directed by executive management and drive governance -that balances long-term growth, short-term opportunities, platform stability, and expansion of product capabilities.
• Manage day-to-day data and product lifestyle.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for monitoring data processing focusing on quality, speed, and accuracy. Manage career progression for team members to include hiring, performance reviews, salary decisions, mentoring and coaching.
• Responsible for management of -product lines, including design, development and maintenance of the platforms, solutions architecture, and deliver
• Leadership: The position will lead key initiatives across engineering projects and analytics workloads. The ideal person projects high energy possesses a passion for state-of-the-art technology, and speaks comfortably from a technical perspective with clients, business partners, and across their tea
• Technology: The ideal candidate has deep technical security knowledge/expertise, systems management and administration experience, and the ability to manage a team facing unique market challenge
• Collaboration: Work with other department heads to both define and execute business strategy, particularly in how the engineering team can help deliver on business objective.
• Fulfill vision and purpose: Develop & own a high impact, growth driving governance -that balances long-term growth, short-term opportunities, platform stability, and rapid expansion of product capabilitieS
• Drive results: Manage the day-to-day data and product lifecycle end-to-end
• Develop comprehensive metrics and dashboards for monitoring data processing focusing in on quality, speed and accuracy
• Manages career progression for team members to include hiring, performance reviews, salary decisions, mentoring, and coaching
• Engage with Stakeholders: Work with key stakeholders in our executive leadership team as well as stakeholders in our business units to design, build and deliver an exception value to our customers
• Technology Enablement: Responsible for technology roadmap of existing and new components delivered
• Perform other engineering duties as necessary Requirements
  Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related, and 1 year experience in job offered or 1 year as Software Engineer, or Bachelor of Science Degree in the same fields Plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in field which includes 1 year in job offered or 1 year as Software Engineer, or any other qualifying combination of education, training, or experience.
