YOUR ROLE

• Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level
• Implements a long-term production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
• Ensures that all legal requirements and corporate standards are in place and in compliance
• Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements Acts as company representative and key contact for local authorities and workers unions / councils in the area of responsibility Is responsible for the Investment plan, Capex application and Fix Assest accounting Is responsible for application of Corporate Standards in the area of responsibility Is responsible for application of all programs in HPS to steer the OEE in a continous improvement approach
  
  YOUR SKILLS
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business, engineering, or related field
  • Seven or more years of experience in plant operations, engineering, or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Proven skills in Plant Management leadership and supervision
  • Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience in business operations including production planning, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, quality management
  • SHEQ finance/budgeting experience preferred
  • Efficient and effective use of production systems TPM
    
    The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
