The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience through proactive communication, excellent follow up, and flawless execution. The Order Management Specialist will oversee projects from purchase order receipt to shipment, build relationships and create an environment where the customer feels valued through in-depth understanding of customer order patterns, customer forecasting, managing customer orders, and frequent customer interaction. -If you have a project management or customer service background and are looking for a company that will recognize and reward hard-work and dedication, then this is the role for you. What You Get To Do Every Day:

• Responsible for day-to-day management/ownership of orders from order entry to order delivery (providing quotes for parts and freight, processing orders, proactively communicating estimated ship dates, material availability and shipment -delays, and facilitating order fulfillment situations that impact -the customer by collaborating across business functions).
• Provide the highest level of customer service by understanding the importance of owning the customer relationship. -
• Regularly attend production meetings, making scheduling or order changes as needed, and communicating order concerns if needed.
• Manage client communication by providing the highest -level of customer service, owning the customer relationship, and working -as a liaison between the customer and business functions to resolve -customer incidents, collaborating with all parties to make decisions that are best for all involved. -
• Become a subject matter expert of products in order to provide general product-related technical assistance to distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
• Maintain appropriate level of availability in phone system, delivering professional and engaging customer service.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, if applicable.
• Manage workload and customer communication through Salesforce, following defined processes for case management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Care team by actively seeking improvement opportunities and developing and implementing solutions.
• Perform any other job-related duties that the Customer Care Supervisor/Manager may assign or deem appropriate.
