A company is looking for a VP, Underwriting Operations and
Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a customer-focused team to enhance the customer
experience journey
Oversee operations strategy, ensuring effective processes for
customer success and agent experiences
Establish and measure key performance metrics to drive customer
experience initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
5 years in a senior operating role for customer-facing
organizations
10 years of overall P&C Insurance Industry experience is
required
Proven track record of leading senior leaders and managing
high-level relationships
Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry, with a preference for
workers' compensation experience
