Job Responsibilities:

• Delivery of patient care as assigned and for the supervision of other qualified staff to whom the nurse has delegated
  patient care in the exercise of his/her independent judgment.
• Addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and educational needs of the patient and coordinating the plan of care with
  other healthcare professionals.
• Participation in and completion of all patient safety initiatives appropriate to the position.
• Conducting all job responsibilities according to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Erlanger Health System.Education:
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN).Experience:
    • Required: None.
    • Preferred: Prior experience in the delivery of patient care in a similar care setting.Position Requirement(s):
      • Current licensure privileges to practice nursing in the state of employment.
      • BLS completed prior to going to the unit/department and to be maintained going forward.
      • See unit requirements for additional certifications required.Relocation Assistance:
        • New RN Graduates - $5,000 if accepting a full-time job and relocating from 50 miles or greater. One year work commitment.
        • Experienced RNs - $5,000 if accepting a full-time job and relocating from 50 miles or greater. One year work commitment.
        • Experienced RNs - $10,000 if accepting a full-time job and relocating from 50 miles or greater. Two-year work commitment.Benefits:
