Job Description:

We are searching for a Certified Medical Assistant -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process in providing the healthcare needs of assigned patients within existing standards of care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting physician with assessment and care of patients
Gathering, and recording data into the medical record
Assisting with lab clinic, and office procedures directly relating to patient care and front office duties

Skills & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Medical Assistant Certification
Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
One to two years related experience preferred
Experience as a lab tech or cardiology practice preferred
