Communicate and document tasks in a timely and accurately manner+ Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice**Qualifications****LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS*** Valid professional license in the state of practice* Graduate of CAPTE accredited school\.
