(Please note: ONR clinics will be transitioning to the EmpowerMe Wellness brand in 2023.)As a Physical Therapist- Diagnostic Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards in addition to performing diagnostic services. You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives, to optimize each patients functional well-being and satisfaction. In addition to the Physical Therapist role, you will be crossed trained in diagnostic services. Our therapists can develop or keep a diversified skill set and enhance senior living through Phlebotomy. Phlebotomists play a vital role in assisting care providers with routine healthcare and insights into life-defining health decisions. The Phlebotomist draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.-Graduate of a bachelors, masters, or doctorate program in Physical Therapy with one (1) year of experience in rehabilitation in senior care communities or related settings is preferred -Current licensure, in good standing, as a Physical Therapist in the state or be eligible for a temporary license with supervision based on current state guidelines -Basic Life Support/CPR certification -Knowledge of Medicare payment systems and EHR/EMR systemsRequisition ID: 2022-1286 External Company Name: Empowerme Wellness External Company URL: careers-empowerme.icims.com Street: 2078 Scenic Highway North
