Job Description:

Chestnut Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an energetic and dynamic RN for our Admission nurse position.
-
The Admission nurse is responsible for working collaboratively with the Clinical Team in responding to inpatient, referral requests from clinicians, patients, family members, Emergency Departments, managed care company staff, and others. The Admission RN will facilitate patient admission to the facility, complete the initial admission assessment, as well as assist with processing demographic, MAR reconciliation, Maintenance of PCC compliance, Auditing of system, clinical and insurance information, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have GA RN license in good standing.
Experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.
