a 62-bed professional addiction treatment facility, RVA offers
medical detox, inpatient treatment, outpatient care, and aftercare,
ensuring comprehensive and effective support. Located in the
historic suburb of Roswell, GA, just 25 miles north of downtown

Pay Minimum:
USD $27.00/Hr.
Pay Maximum:
USD $33.00/Hr.
Responsibilities:
As an -LPN Licensed Practical Nurse -you will perform a wide range
of duties during your shift, including providing compassionate care
and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric
conditions. Building trust and rapport with patients and their
families is crucial in this role. Working effectively with the
facility leadership team, your core job duties will include: -
Resolve pending issues from the
previous shift, e.g., missed or incomplete labs or treatments,
incomplete admissions or discharges, missing data for continuity of
care.Compliance Audit Related to Infection Control, e.g.,
glucometer, refrigerator, sharps containers, laboratory
cleanliness, pests in facility, hand washing and flu
campaignMedication storage, medication returns, medication
destruction, calling pharmacy to resolve medication issuesOrder
supplies, inventory management, maintain/organize supply
roomMonitor and track lab orders, monitor and track outside
consults, track medical transfersCoordinate and plan the admission
workflow, print Integra and Care 360 requisitions, assure collected
samples are properly labeledLevel of Care transfers in
AVATARAdministrative functions, e.g., scanning documents into
AVATAR, assisting with the work schedule, assisting BHT's with the
creation/modification of observation sheetsAdmission and discharge
audits. Check/audit the proper completion of any nursing procedure
(at discretion of DON) to assure compliance.Schedule: 12-hour
shifts - 7a-7p or 7p-7a - PRN (1-2 shifts/week) or FT (36
hrs/week). Accepting applications for all shifts/hours. -When you

Qualifications:
- Two years of experience as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Higher education preferred.
- Certification in Practical Nursing or equivalent as per state
law.
- Licensed to practice in the State of practice.
- Behavioral health experience preferred. -Advanced Recovery
