Job Description:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to
perform disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA
benefits process.
The role involves reviewing medical records electronically and
conducting focused in-person physical exams on Veterans.
Documentation of exam findings is done electronically; the role
does not involve making disability decisions, treating patients, or
prescribing medications.
Perform 3-5 assessments daily in an in-person, full-time (8am-4pm)
schedule during normal business hours, with a set schedule and no
on-call duties.
Key attributes include analyzing medical data, time management,
proficiency with computers, and holding an active, unrestricted NP
or PA license.
