Job Description Operating Room Nurse Manager Alpharetta, GA (On-Site) Full-Time Salary: $100K annually, depending on experience Are you ready to take the next step in your surgical services career? We're hiring a hands-on Operating Room Manager to lead a well-run, two-suite ambulatory surgery center with a dedicated, experienced team. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on operations, team development, and patient care—without the pressure of a hospital setting. What You’ll Do: - Lead and manage daily OR operations for 2 operating suites - Oversee staff scheduling, hiring, training, and development - Supervise and support a team of approximately 5 FTEs, including Surgical Techs, MAs, and Front Desk personnel - Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards - Work closely with a Director of Nursing who supports multiple locations - Provide hands-on leadership and foster a collaborative team environment What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in OR or ambulatory surgery center leadership - Strong organizational and team management skills - Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities - Clinical background (RN, CST, or similar) is preferred but not required - A leadership mindset and desire to grow professionally Why Join Us: - $100K salary, commensurate with experience - Tight-knit, tenured team with strong working relationships - Opportunity to lead with autonomy and make meaningful contributions - Stable work environment with a clear path to advancement
