(RN) OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in Roswell, Georgia. Job

Registered Nurse (RN) – General Surgery ASC Full-Time | Day Shift
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee daily clinical operations
within an ambulatory surgery center - Coordinate patient flow,
staffing assignments, and unit workflow - Provide direct patient
care as needed and support perioperative nursing activities - Serve
as a clinical resource for nursing staff and surgical teams -
Ensure compliance with patient safety, quality standards, and
regulatory requirements - Collaborate with physicians and
interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes - Support
staff development, coaching, and performance improvement
initiatives - Maintain accurate documentation and promote efficient
use of resources Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: - Active RN
license (State or Compact) - Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN
preferred) - Recent acute care, perioperative, surgical, or ASC
nursing experience - Prior charge nurse or leadership experience
preferred - Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and
organizational skills - BLS required; ACLS preferred or as required
by the role - Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership
skills - Ability to work full-time day shifts in a fast-paced
