Float Pool - Full Time - Nights The Registered Nurse within the
Regional Float Pool delivers personalized nursing care across
various facilities in our health system. This role encompasses a
range of units, including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and Labor & Birth.
Candidates must possess an active RN license, relevant bedside
experience, and necessary certifications, providing a chance to
enhance clinical skills in a versatile and dynamic setting.

knowledge to make informed decisions in practice, assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing care in
line with established standards for adult and geriatric patients.
The selected candidate will be required to report to facilities
within the regional area of their home hospital. Specific
facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval from the
leadership team. Position Details: Department: Regional Float Pool
Status: Full Time Shift: Nights Incentives: Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on Experience PLUS Regional
Float Pool Perks AND Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60

Oncology, Neuro, Medical, Surgical Telemetry (Tele): Cardiac,
Surgical, Medical Stepdown (SD): Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Neuro,
Cardiac Intensive Care – ICU: CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical
ICU, Neuro ICU Emergency Department (ED / ER) Labor & Birth

Education: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
Preferred Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a
current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure,
meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Required
Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for
Med/Surg roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of
two years of recent bedside RN experience is required. Preferred
Experience: Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Must
have to start): For Med/Surg and Behavioral Health - BLS For
Women's Health - BLS & NRP For Critical Care - BLS, ACLS For
Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & PALS Physical
Requirements/Demands: Must be able to stand or walk for most of the
shift; significant bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and
turn patients with assistance; capable of pushing/pulling/gripping
