Precision OS Technology, a leader in the development of virtual reality solutions for orthopedic surgical education, is seeking a dedicated Surgical Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting dental surgeries that utilize advanced VR technology to educate and improve surgical procedures and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and technology, playing a pivotal role in integrating these fields to enhance patient care in a dental surgical setting. Assist dental surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures using VR technology. Prepare surgical areas prior to procedures and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are sterile and in place. Provide patients with care and detailed instructions for surgical aftercare, leveraging insights from VR educational tools. Collect and document patient information, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all medical records. Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize the use of technology in surgical education and practice. Participate in training and professional development sessions focused on VR application in dental surgery. Strong understanding of dental anatomy and surgical procedures. Proficiency in using technology and software for virtual reality applications in a clinical setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new technologies and methods.
