M-F 8a - 5p in the clinic Please also list all dates provider can work. THIS IS FOR ADULT PRIMARY CARE THE PROVIDERS WILL NOT SEE PATIENTS LESS THAN 18 YEARS OLD. Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing, and must be completed before the provider can start. Once a complete credentialing package has been submitted please allow 21 days to process.
