Preferred Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care
services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease
management, and acute care.Conduct thorough patient assessments,
order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment
plans.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
coordinated and continuous care.Educate patients and families about
health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care
strategies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the
electronic medical record (EMR) system.Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical
guidelines.Foster a culturally sensitive environment to meet the
needs of a diverse patient population, with a focus on
Spanish-speaking individuals when applicable.Facility is a
non-profit, 331-bed full-service hospitalEMR is Epic
Compensation/Benefits:Salary Range- $225-$250kCompetitive
